Visiting Artist - Marion Hughes

Marion Hughes is an award-winning watercolour artist and educator with more than 30 years of artistic experience, including 28 years specialising in watercolour.

Passionate about inspiring others, she teaches workshops and classes across Australia, helping artists of all skill levels build confidence and refine their techniques. Marion has mentored teachers through the Gladstone Art Gallery & Museum and is known for her engaging, practical teaching style. A featured artist on Colour in Your Life, her work has been exhibited internationally, including in Italy, France, Greece, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the USA.

Marion is passionate about learning, experimenting, and encouraging creativity through art education. Marion is a regular and valued visiting artist holding a number of workshop for Lilly-Lee.
