Sophie Lawrence

Sophie Lawrence is an emerging artist and art assistant at Lilly-Lee, where she initially joined as an art student in 2021. Sophie's passion for the creative arts spans nearly a decade, having explored painting and drawing prior to Lilly-Lee, at the Road-2-Art art school in Holland Park. In 2023, she also completed a Certificate III in Visual Art and a Certificate II in Fashion Design, at the TAFE College in South Bank. Currently, she is expanding her skills further by pursuing a Bachelor of Acting at JMC Academy, blending her love for performance with her artistic talents.

As an acknowledgement for her skills, Sophie had her digital work selected for the Art & Fashion Exhibition at the Royal Queensland Art Society (RQAS) in 2023.

Sophie’s artistic style is characterised by bright pastel colours, dynamic lines, and intricate patterns. She specialises in anatomy, animation, and realism, bringing both traditional and digital art techniques to life. Her preferred mediums include charcoal, acrylic paint, Prisma pencils, and digital tools, allowing her to explore and experiment with various creative expressions.
